Doviroq sells digital products, including PDF guides, prompt files, templates, workflow systems, and other downloadable resources.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.

1. Digital Product Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed for digital products after download or access has been provided.

However, Doviroq may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refunds May Be Considered If

• A duplicate purchase was made by mistake
• You were charged incorrectly
• The download link does not work and we cannot fix it
• The purchased files are missing or inaccessible and we cannot provide access
• There is a clear technical issue preventing delivery of the product

3. Refunds Are Generally Not Provided If

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You downloaded the product and decided not to use it
• You expected different results
• You purchased the wrong product without contacting support
• You do not have the tools, software, or AI platform needed to use the product
• You did not read the product description before buying
• You are unhappy with AI-generated results from third-party AI tools

4. Requesting a Refund

• Product purchased
• Reason for the refund request
• Screenshots if relevant

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. Download or Access Problems

If you have trouble accessing a product, contact us first. We will try to help you access the files before considering a refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a purchase, contact Doviroq first so we can try to resolve it.

Chargebacks may result in loss of product access.
